It received a Platinum Medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2018 and 96 points in the Guía Repsol.

Once maceration at 8°C is completed, a slow and steady fermentation begins over the following days.
Afterward, the wine is separated from its coarse lees to undergo malolactic fermentation in French and American oak barrels.
After 12 months of barrel aging, the wine is bottled and aged for at least another 12 months, allowing it to achieve full refinement and roundness.
It displays a cardinal garnet-red color with medium-high intensity.
On the nose, it offers toasty, spicy, and coffee aromas, combined with mineral notes characteristic of its terroir, along with balsamic hints of Mediterranean scrub and ripe red fruits.
On the palate, it has a broad, silky entry, with acidity that brings perfect balance to the whole.
An ideal companion for all kinds of meats, stews, cured ham, aged cheeses, cold cuts, and even chocolate.
