Dominio de la Vega se encuentra en la comarca de Utiel-Requena, a 70 km al oeste de Valencia y, por tanto, del Mar Mediterr\u00e1neo. Un altiplano de tierras pobres arcilloso-calc\u00e1reas, con una altitud que oscila entre los 600 y los 900 metros. Su clima es continental con gran influencia mediterr\u00e1nea: inviernos\u00a0muy fr\u00edos y veranos secos y calurosos con precipitaciones escasas. Dentro de esta gran tierra de vinos con m\u00e1s de 2000 a\u00f1os de historia vitivin\u00edcola encontramos fincas, parajes, vi\u00f1edos de caracter\u00edsticas edafoclim\u00e1ticas diferentes que son el origen de nuestros cavas y vinos.<\/p>

La Vega, El Pinarejo, la Muela o Losilla son las fincas de donde proceden nuestras uvas que cultivamos con las dos denominaciones de origen para las que trabajamos: DO cava para los espumosos y la DO Utiel-Requena para nuestros vinos.
